The subject of the contract is the development of software and IT applications for the breast cancer screening register and IT services: management of the register and provision of operational support through dedicated IT personnel within the project "Active Detection, Responsibility, Information and Access – DARIA" SMIS Code 352097, Financing Contract No. 155360 of 29.12.2025. The deadline for requests for clarification: until the 18th day before the deadline for submission of tenders; The contracting authority will respond clearly and fully to requests for clarification/additional information on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. Any response from the contracting authority to requests for clarification or additional information received under the conditions of Article 160(1) of the law, is posted in SEAP in the specific section, available in the IT system, signed with the extended electronic signature, based on a qualified certificate, issued by an accredited certification service provider.
