Contract context

The City of Val-de-Reuil has:

• 7 public schools that accommodate half-boarders during school periods;

• 3 leisure centres that accommodate children aged 3 to 13 on Wednesdays and during school holidays (except for one centre open during the end-of-year holiday period) and provide them with lunch and snacks;

• 1 municipal restaurant that accommodates municipal staff every weekday lunch, all year round (no annual closure)

The CCAS of Val-de-Reuil has:

• 1 residence for elderly people (ESPAGES) that accommodates residents (+60 years) and young workers, 7 days a week, 3 meals a day.
