France – Urban railway track construction works – Marché Ferroviaire (Voie et Caténaire) du SMR T13 Phase 2 (FERRO SMRS)

The services of the Railway (Track and Catenary) Contract concern the Track and Catenary Platform works as part of the extension project of the existing maintenance workshop of the Maintenance and Stabling Site (SMR) of Versailles Matelots. This contract will cover: • For the stabling tracks: o The supply and installation of insulators necessary for the electrical protection of the new tracks; o The acceptance of the sub-base carried out by the VRD contract; o The supply and implementation of suitable materials to obtain a railway sub-base in accordance with the CCTP specifications; o The pre-ballasting of the tracks; o The supply and installation of standard track materials and track components as well as their ballasting and levelling to the final level including the production and adjustment of joints; o The supply and implementation of pedestrian crossings type PédiStrail or equivalents necessary for the crossing of the tracks by the site personnel; o The execution of excavation/concreting/tamping of the additional LAC supports necessary; o The supply and installation of all the material necessary for the electrification of the new tracks (portal crossbeams, consoles, disconnectors, earthing terminal blocks, tension presence lights, etc...); o The unrolling of the CdPa as well as the contact wire. • For track 26: Page 6/45 T13E2-ARV-ACT-GCO-RGC-FERR-SMR-0001-E Consultation Regulations o The execution of the external concrete tracks including the supply and implementation of foundation concrete and wedging concrete, the installation of track material and the installation of drainage channels with a grating as well as their connection to the main drainage network carried out by the VRD contract or already existing since phase 1; o The cutting of the coating and the replacement of the rail necessary for the installation of axle counters according to the studies
