The Ministry of Defence uses various commercially available packaging materials for its daily operations. These packaging materials are used for packing, protecting, storing and transporting goods within the Ministry of Defence. To meet the structural need for these packaging materials, the Contracting Authority wishes to conclude a framework agreement with one supplier. Within this framework agreement, various departments of the Ministry of Defence can call off packaging materials during the term of the framework agreement. With this procurement, the Contracting Authority aims to achieve an efficient and clear method of purchasing commercially available packaging materials, promoting standardisation, delivery security and administrative simplicity.
