The subject of the public contract is the preparation of project documentation for the construction of residential buildings on Přerovská Street in the town of Bystřice pod Hostýnem on the site of former workers' houses, which are designated for demolition. The subject of the public contract is also the performance of engineering activities and the performance of author's supervision for the entire duration of the construction works, and that to the extent determined by the Tender Documentation and its annexes. The residential buildings are designed in a continuous street front, which will unify the urban structure and at the same time create a barrier that will prevent noise from the road from spreading further into the area. The division into individual buildings will be a reflection of the original houses, the architecture of the buildings will create on one side a lively urban street with entrances and on the other side a chamber atmosphere in the courtyard. In total, there will be 6 residential buildings with 3 above-ground floors with 5-6 flats, in terms of layout, there will be 2kk, 1kk, 2+1 and 3kk flats. The solution also includes the construction of parking lots and the arrangement of the courtyard area.
