ACORD CADRU - SUPPLY, TRANSPORT, INSTALLATION, COMMISSIONING, USER TRAINING AND WARRANTY SERVICE OF “MEDICAL EQUIPMENT” FOR THE EQUIPPING OF THE “CUZA VODA” CLINICAL OBSTETRICS AND GYNECOLOGY HOSPITAL - 13 lots as detailed in the statement of work. The award will be made on a per-lot basis. Any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation, in accordance with the deadline set by the contracting authority in the invitation to tender and the tender data sheet - Section I.3), specifically the number of days within which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders: 18 days. The contracting authority will respond clearly and fully to all requests for clarification by the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders.
