The subject of the contract is the provision of a service involving the management, in a recovery facility in the R3 process, of selectively collected municipal bio-waste from residential and mixed properties in the area of Oborniki Municipality with the codes 20 02 01 or 20 01 08 (bio-waste), for the period from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2028. The Contractor may use an available (i.e. at the Contractor's disposal) transfer station before the final transport of municipal waste to the recovery facility. 2. The management of bio-waste in the R3 recovery process, as referred to in Section 1 of Chapter III of the SWZ, must take into account the possibility of including these bio-waste in the mass of municipal waste subjected to recycling within the scope of the Contracting Authority's obligation expressed in Article 3b of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities, in particular with regard to the conditions specified in § 6 and 7 of the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 3 August 2021 on the method of calculating the levels of preparation for reuse and recycling of municipal waste (Journal of Laws, item 1530).
