Germany – Pharmaceutical products – Open-House-Biologika-Rabattverträge 2026-13 - Romiplostim

The participating funds aim to conclude discount contracts pursuant to § 130a para. 8 SGB V with all suitable pharmaceutical companies for the active substance Romiplostim. The contract is concluded within the framework of the Open-House-Biologika procedure of the participating funds: Individual negotiations on contract contents are not conducted, uniform conditions apply. The participating statutory health insurers do not guarantee exclusivity to individual contracting partners. The contract duration is a maximum of 24 months, starting on 01.07.2026. The contract ends at the latest on 30.06.2028, irrespective of the date of contract conclusion. Joining this Open-House procedure is possible at any time within the contract period. The participation and contract documents will be made available to those pharmaceutical companies that offer/place on the market medicinal products with the subject matter of the procedure, i.e. the active substance or active substance combination in question, or that credibly assure TK that they will offer/place such medicinal products on the market within the contract period. The information provided on the commitment period is not relevant in this case and is solely due to the mandatory requirements of the form.
