The Berliner Immobilienmanagement GmbH intends to obtain services for the repair and renewal of roller shutters, blinds and sun protection systems for various properties of the Land Berlin via a Dynamic Purchasing System. These works are to be carried out in various properties (upper secondary schools, administrative buildings, justice, police, fire and cultural facilities, etc.). In Category 1 (Sun Protection RV), services will be tendered in the form of framework agreements with a longer execution period. Category 2 (Sun Protection Individual Orders) includes one-off services (individual orders) that cannot be covered by the services or conditions of Category 1 and are expected to only span a short execution period. If any further, not above-mentioned, sub-services arise, these will be announced in the respective competitive bidding processes and become part of the scope of services to be provided.
