The subject of the public procurement contract, or its parts, are the ongoing deliveries of catheterization systems with accessories and, in addition, for part no. 2, a requirement for the free loan of 1 ablation console and mapping system. The offered medical devices must be in accordance with Act No. 375/2022 Coll., Act on medical devices and in vitro diagnostic medical devices, in the current and valid wording (hereinafter referred to as the "Act on Medical Devices") and must meet the requirements set out in the tenderer's specification contained in this tender documentation (hereinafter also referred to as "goods"). The goods will be delivered via the consignment warehouse of the tenderer's Cardiology Clinic.
