The contract concerns a design mission for the redevelopment of the site in BAPAUME in the Pas-de-Calais, including:

- Demolition of old buildings containing asbestos;

- Energy renovation of a building;

- Construction of a Heavy Goods Vehicle (HGV) parking area;

- Construction of a Light Vehicle (LV) parking area;

- Management of AEP, EP, EU networks, and concessionaires Enedis GRDF;

- Construction of a washing station for HGVs with environmental management;

- Construction of a diesel fuel station with management of social data;

- Repair of fences, installation of motorised gates;

- Landscaping.
