The subject of the contract is the construction works for the reconstruction of the parking lot at 11th November Street through the sealing of the road and parking surfaces, along with landscaping, as part of the task Green-Blue Infrastructure Development in the City of Słupsk, Phase I, co-financed from the Cohesion Fund under the European Funds for Climate and Environment Infrastructure 2021-2027. 2. The subject of the contract includes: 1) construction of a manoeuvring road surface with eco-paver type blocks with gravel filling on a subbase, 2) construction of parking spaces with prefabricated concrete slabs type MEBA filled with humus and seeded with grass with designated parking spaces on a subbase, 3) construction of parking spaces for disabled persons with smooth concrete blocks on a subbase, 4) construction of ramps with smooth concrete blocks on a subbase, 5) construction of pedestrian walkways with concrete paver blocks on a subbase, 6) execution of vertical and horizontal signage, 7) installation of dual protective pipes on telecommunication and power lines, 8) installation of small architecture: bench and waste bin, 9) execution of three rain gardens with emergency overflows, 10) execution of lawns on flat terrain, 11) execution of tree, shrub, perennial, and ornamental grass plantings on ornamental borders and within rain gardens, 12) execution of plant mulching with bark on ornamental borders and with gravel within rain gardens, 13) dismantling of existing wells, septic tanks and pipelines within the scope specified in the design documentation, 14) construction of stormwater drainage, 15) construction of linear drainage, 16) execution of drainage in the bottom of rain gardens, 17) reconstruction of the existing heating chamber, 18) deactivation of the inactive heating chamber, 19) regulation of fittings. 3. The contracting authority informs that the following change has been made to the building project: The replacement of the existing soil base with non-settling soil, included in the design documentation, has been changed to: Execution of soil reinforcement using a separating-reinforcing geotextile with a mixed grain size sand filling, which has been included in the attached works item in position no. 20. In view of the above, the indicated reinforcement, which has been included in the subject attached to the procedure as an auxiliary document, should be taken into account for the valuation. 4. Additionally, the subject of the contract includes, among other things, the following activities: 1) preparation of a traffic organization project for the duration of the works, including obtaining the required opinions and approvals, and its implementation for the duration of the works. The COR project should enable access to the Rejonowa SPMZOZ Outpatient Clinic in Słupsk throughout the investment implementation period, 2) execution of post-construction geodetic inventory, 3) preparation of post-construction documentation, including a summary of the lengths and areas of the individual elements of the road infrastructure that have been built and reconstructed, 4) execution of all other accompanying works necessary for the implementation of the subject of the contract, in particular those specified in the design documentation, industry agreements, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of works, and in the subjects, 5) execution and installation on the first day of the construction works of an information board of dimensions 120 x 90 cm, stating the co-financing of the subject investment, in a publicly accessible and well-visible location indicated by the contracting authority. The contractor is responsible for maintaining it in good condition throughout the investment implementation period. The template of the board should be consistent with the European Funds for Climate, Infrastructure and Environment 2021-2027, the editable digital files of which are available on the website of the Ministry of Funds and Regional Policy - FEnIKS program: https://feniks.gov.pl/promocja-programu-feniks/. The content of the information board and the exact location of its installation require agreement with the contracting authority before implementation. The template of the information board is Annex no. 13 to the SWZ. 5. The subject of the contract has been described in detail in accordance with Article 103(1) of the Pzp Act using design documentation, works item, and STWiORB, which are annexes to the SWZ.
