Poland – Vehicles for the emergency services – Ciężki samochód ratownictwa technicznego "rotator"

1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of 4 units of a heavy technical rescue vehicle "rotator", in accordance with Annex 4 to the SWZ (which is also the subject of the evidential means). 2. The contracting authority requires that the equipment delivered as the subject of the contract be brand new, unused, in an undamaged, technically functional, complete and ready-to-use condition, and that it meets the standards required by Polish law and is free from legal defects. 3. The mode of transport and packaging of the equipment must ensure protection against damage. The Contractor shall be liable for any damage caused by improper packaging and/or transport. 4. Delivery of each vehicle, as described in Annex 4 to the SWZ, must be made to the organisational units of the State Fire Service specified in the contract documents. 5. The detailed scope of services, the method of contract performance, and the obligations of the Contractor are specified in the following documents: - Annex 4 to the SWZ, i.e. Description of the Subject of the Contract (in short, OPZ) and - Annex 3 to the SWZ, i.e. Draft Contract Terms.
