1. The subject of the contract is the supply of 23 brand-new, physically and legally defect-free electric vehicles (passenger radio cars), in accordance with the Subject of the Contract/Technical Offer, which is Annex 1 to the SWZ. 2. REVERSE PROCEDURE! DRIVE ONLY FROM THE CONTRACTOR WITH THE HIGHEST RATED OFFER! Pursuant to Article 139(2) of the Act, before selecting the most advantageous offer, the Contracting Authority shall invite the Contractor whose offer has been rated the highest to submit, within a specified time limit, a declaration that it has not been excluded and met the participation conditions as of the date of submission of the offer.
