Description

The subject of the procurement is the supply of materials related to the maintenance of waterways in the Gdańsk Waterway District, divided into parts. 2. The contracting authority allows the submission of partial tenders. 3. The procurement consists of the following parts: 1) Part 1: Purchase of materials for night navigation signage on the E70 waterway for the Toruń Basin Authority; 2) Part 2: Purchase of floating signage for night navigation in km 680-736 for the Toruń Basin Authority; 3) Part 3: Delivery of buoys with accessories for the Tczew Basin Authority; 4) Part 4: Delivery of navigation signs with a mounting system for the Tczew Basin Authority; 5) Part 5: Delivery of steel rods for the Tczew Basin Authority; 6) Part 6: Supplies related to the maintenance of waterways in the Chojnice Basin Authority. The detailed scope of the procurement, the conditions for its implementation and the obligations of the Contractor for a given part of the procurement are contained in: - Description of the procurement subject for each part of the procurement – Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, - Draft contractual provisions – Annex No. 6 to the SWZ. 4. The contracting authority does not allow the division of the procurement within individual parts. 4.1 The Contractor may submit a tender for one or more parts of the procurement. 4.2 The description of the procurement subject specifies the quality requirements relating to at least the main elements making up the procurement subject, which meets the requirements of Article 246(2) of the Public Procurement Law (Pzp). 5. The contracting authority does not allow the submission of alternative tenders. 6. The contracting authority does not provide for the possibility of awarding contracts, as referred to in Article 214(1)(8) of the Pzp, within the framework of this procedure. 7. The contracting authority does not reserve the obligation for the Contractor to personally perform key parts of the procurement. 8. Where the contracting authority refers to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems, as referred to in Article 101(1)(2) and (3) of the Pzp, the contracting authority allows equivalent solutions to those described. 9. The contracting authority does not provide for the possibility of exercising the option right, as referred to in Article 441 of the Pzp. 10. The contracting authority does not specify activities related to the implementation of the procurement, which are subject to requirements for the employment by the Contractor or subcontractor of persons performing activities during the implementation of the procurement on the basis of an employment relationship. 11. The contracting authority does not set requirements regarding the employment by the Contractor of persons, as referred to in Article 96(2)(2) of the Pzp. 12. All costs related to participation in the procedure, in particular the preparation and submission of the tender, are borne by the tenderer. The contracting authority does not provide for the reimbursement of participation costs. 13. The contracting authority informs that the estimated value of the procurement subject is 677,565.54 PLN net, including: Part 1 - 200,101.73 PLN Part 2 - 384,000.00 PLN Part 3 - 22,800.00 PLN Part 4 - 47,320.00 PLN Part 5 - 1,918.12 PLN Part 6 - 21,425.69 PLN 14. The contracting authority does not require the provision of a bid bond in the subject procedure. The contracting authority does not require the provision of a performance bond in the subject procedure.
