The subject of the contract is the provision of comprehensive design services, engineering services and construction supervision during the implementation of the project: „Technological Park OLO“ (hereinafter referred to as “the Construction” or “the Project”) in the form of expert support to the investor in the implementation of the Project, aimed at achieving the highest possible quality and efficiency of the Construction and its subsequent operation. The future supplier will contribute to / always aim to achieve the most effective solution from the point of view of the Construction, among other things, by actively coordinating the design preparation and implementation of the Construction from the position of performing the investor's construction supervision, being able to identify risks associated with the construction and effectively prevent them, responsibly assessing and solving changes to the Construction, and providing the investor with information about the progress of the preparation and implementation of the Construction in a responsible manner and to the appropriate extent. For the provision of the fulfilment, it will use persons with the appropriate education, experience, valid authorisations and managerial skills. The provision of the services will take place in 6 stages, the 7th stage represents optional fulfilment, which spol. OLO, a.s. may, but does not have to request: -- Stage No. 1 - Preparation of documentation to the extent necessary to obtain a decision on the building permit, representation of the investor in communication with authorities in the process of obtaining the necessary permits and obtaining a positive decision on the building permit, preparation of the building project and ensuring the verification of the building project, provision of advisory and consultancy services to the investor in the preparation of public procurement and preparation of tender documentation; Provision of advisory and consultancy services to the investor in the preparation of public procurement for the selection of the general contractor of the Construction and preparation of tender documentation; -- Stage No. 2 – Participation in the public procurement of the general contractor of the Design & Build construction; -- Stage No. 3 – Control and approval of the construction implementation documentation (RDS) submitted by the general contractor of the construction in the phases of the executive project (VPP) and documentation of organisational / technical / technological / control procedures of the general contractor of the construction for the purposes of the construction (RD); -- Stage No. 4 – Performance of construction supervision of the contractor over the implementation of the construction, performance of independent expert technical control and the activity of the safety and health coordinator at work; -- Stage No. 5 - Control and approval of the accompanying technical documentation (STD) / operational documentation (PDS) submitted by the general contractor of the construction and control and approval of the construction implementation documentation (RDS) submitted by the general contractor of the construction in the DSZ design phases; -- Stage No. 6 - Supervision of post-installation cleaning operations, functional tests, commissioning of the Construction's equipment into permanent operation and optimisation of the technology, active participation in the handover of the work from the general contractor of the construction; -- Stage No. 7 - Consultancy and technical support during the first three years of operation. 2.3. Spol. OLO, a.s. has prepared the description of the subject of the contract in the documents listed below. The scope of activities in the individual stages and the contractual conditions will be the subject of negotiations (their concretisation/supplementation, etc.). The final version of these documents will be an annex to the invitation to submit final tenders. Spol. OLO, a.s. strongly requests suppliers to familiarise themselves with these documents in good time, either at the time of submitting applications for participation or at the latest at the time of submitting basic tenders: -- Description of the subject of the contract; -- Documents for the permitting procedure EIA; - BIOGAS AND COMPOSTING FACILITY & SORTING PLANT CONCEPT STUDY - EIR including BIM template BEP The BEP template will be the subject of comments in the basic tender and will then be submitted in the final tender as the Tender BEP (see chap. X. SP) and for the signature of the contract as the Contract BEP (see chap. XV. SP). A more detailed description of the subject of the contract is in the tender documents and their annexes.
