The Old Market is the heart of the city of Kamen. It urgently needs to be redesigned in terms of climate adaptation to be able to meet future challenges in terms of heat and heavy rain. The City of Kamen, as the contracting authority, aims for a new multifunctionality that is no longer focused on individual events, but on year-round quality of stay in the context of climate change. The adjacent Bahnhofstraße, as the central connecting axis to the Sesekepark, is an integral part of the project. The subject of the contract are the necessary architectural and engineering services for the project planning of the project.
