The subject of the Public Procurement is the conclusion of a purchase agreement, on the basis of which the selected supplier will be obliged to deliver a complete set of vehicles of the BEMU type, intended for the regional passenger rail transport segment. The Contracting Authority, in view of the current conditions of the Tender Procedure, anticipates the delivery of a total of at least 12 regular vehicles intended to fulfill the obligations of public services according to the conditions of the Tender Procedure, each with a number of seats of at least 130, and with the possibility of transporting at least 2 wheelchairs and at the same time at least 2 strollers. The exact and/or further requirements for the vehicles, including the specification of the final and binding number of vehicles, will be specified during the negotiation in the tender phase of the Procurement Procedure.
