Netherlands – Engineering services – Directievoering en toezicht nieuwbouw De Expeditie te Poeldijk

At present, Voortgezet onderwijs ISW Irenestraat, basisschool De Nieuwe Weg and Kinderopvang Simba are located at different sites in Poeldijk. These parties, together with the library and some cultural facilities, will move into a new building to be realised for the Expeditie. The site where the Expeditie is being realised is currently occupied by the building of the Veiling. This building will be demolished and the site will be delivered ready for construction for the new build. Stichting Lucas Onderwijs, together with the municipality of Westland, is the Contracting Authority and Contracting Entity for this Contract. The contract for project management and supervision aims to contribute to a successful realisation of the Expeditie within the set boundary conditions regarding quality, planning, budget and cooperation. The expected man-hours are: - a construction period of 18 months (starting around January 2027, completion June 2028). - a required time allocation for project management activities of on average 48 hours per month in combination with supervision of on average 96 hours per month during the construction period (on average 80 hours of civil supervision and 16 hours of technical supervision per month).
