The Institute for Educational Analyses Baden-Württemberg, as a subordinate authority of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport Baden-Württemberg, is responsible for providing the entire education sector with suitable IT specialist procedures, reliable data and scientific findings. As part of this activity, the IBBW, among other things, manages a large number of individual software applications, which are summarized under the acronym "LOBW" as a procedural complex and are based on the .NET software platform. The subject of the contract is the provision of maintenance services (including further development) for these existing software applications and creation services (concept, development and integration) for new software applications based on the .NET software platform.
