The framework agreement concerns the acquisition of electric minibus vehicles with a cabin of less than 7 metres for public transport. The "Goods", within the framework of this agreement, refer to new vehicles as specified in the Technical and Financial Specific Clauses Document (CCTPF) of the framework agreement. They are intended for the Beneficiaries of the CATP, in their capacity as contracting authorities as defined in Article L1212-3, 4° of the Public Procurement Code (CCP), in their capacity as operators of networks intended to provide a public service in the field of passenger transport.
