Description

The supply of four help and rescue fire engines 10 (HLF 10) according to DIN 14530-26 with a pump driven by the engine is tendered. The four HLF 10 must each be suitable for accommodating a crew of 1/8 (group), the necessary fire service equipment and a fire water tank with a usable capacity of 1,000 litres. The fire service equipment corresponds to the requirements of the Landesfeuerwehrschule Baden-Württemberg and is based on the standard loading plan. It is to be distributed in the equipment compartments as far as possible according to the task. The special loads in the training operation of the Landesfeuerwehrschule Baden-Württemberg must be taken into account in the design and manufacture of the vehicles. This applies in particular to the exceptionally high stress on the vehicle doors, equipment compartment closures, steps, side wall flaps, equipment holders and ladder removal aids. Use on 120 training days per year, each with six training missions, is to be expected. The detailed technical and functional requirements are set out in the tender documents, in particular in the following two performance descriptions: Performance Description 1: Chassis and Superstructure Performance Description 2: Fire Service Equipment The two performance descriptions together form a uniform overall performance. They do not constitute separate lots. Chassis, superstructure and fire service equipment must be technically and functionally coordinated and are therefore awarded as a uniform overall contract without lot division. Offers for only part of the overall performance are not permitted.
