The subject of the contract is the comprehensive, standard-compliant and economical management of all biomedical and other equipment of the contracting authority. The contractor assumes overall responsibility for operation, maintenance, functionality, IT integration, technical safety, documentation and regulatory compliance of all general medical equipment, including all associated components, software modules, peripheral systems and equipment-related IT infrastructures.
