France – Cleaning and sanitation services – PRESTATIONS DE NETTOYAGE DES LOCAUX MUNICIPAUX (DONT LES VITRES) ET FOURNITURE DES PRODUITS D'ENTRETIEN NECESSAIRES

The specifications of this consultation concern the performance of maintenance and cleaning services for municipal premises (including windows once or twice a year), including, for recurrent cleaning, the supply of equipment and maintenance, hygiene products, and consumables. The service can be provided in two forms: - Recurrent: concerns the premises, including window cleaning, the list of which is set out in the annex (non-exhaustive), which are the subject of regular cleaning at specific frequencies, - Ad-hoc: concerns cleaning on demand which will be the subject of purchase orders. The exhaustive lists of the infrastructures and the services to be carried out there are listed in the annex to the CCP.
