The subject of the procurement is the supply of a cryo generator along with cryoprobes and an electrosurgery generator with equipment as part of the project entitled: „Strengthening the potential of Infrastructure for the needs of diagnostics and treatment of oncological patients in the SOLO III centre of the Łódź voivodeship.” for the Voivodship Multispecialist Oncology and Traumatology Centre named after M. Kopernik in Łódź. 2. The subject matter is detailed in the annex to this SWZ „Summary of technical parameters, warranty conditions and training” – Annex No. 2 and the contract template – Annex No. 7. 3. The subject of the procurement is a procurement conducted in parts and includes 2 lots, namely: Lot No. 1: Cryo Generator + Cryoprobes Lot No. 2: Electrosurgery generator with equipment 4. The offer can be submitted for all or selected lots. The offer for its validity in a given lot must be submitted for all items. The Purchaser does not allow offers to be submitted for individual items within the lots. 5. The subject delivery is co-financed from the funds of the Ministry of Health granted by the Agreement for the implementation of the project entitled: „Strengthening the potential of infrastructure for the needs of diagnostics and treatment of oncological patients in the SOLO III centre for the Łódź voivodeship.” In this regard, the Purchaser envisages the possibility of invalidating the tender procedure in the event of not obtaining the financial means necessary to implement the project. In accordance with Article 257 and Article 310 of the Public Procurement Law, the Purchaser may invalidate the procedure if the public funds which he intended to allocate for the financing of the whole or part of the procurement have not been granted to him.
