Poland – Redundant Array of Independent Disk (RAID) – Zakup i dostawa macierzy dyskowej

The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of a disk array along with hardware and data migration. Scope of the order: 1. Disk array – 1 unit. 2. Network switches – 2 units. The buyer has 2 NetApp disk arrays in 2 locations: 1) AFF-C250 equipped with 8 disks of 15.3 TB. The array has two controllers and uses CIFS and NFS protocols. Installed software version ONTAP 9.18.1P6. Location: Rybnik City Office, ul. Bolesława Chrobrego 2. Warranty and support: until 1 August 2027. 2) FAS2750 equipped with the following disk shelves: a) DS224-12, IOM12E, containing 12 SAS disks 1.2TB (2.5”, 10k) and 6 SSD disks 960GB (2.5”), b) DS224-12, IOM12, containing 24 SAS disks 1.2TB (2.5”, 10k), c) DS4246, IOM12, containing 24 NL SAS disks 8TB (3.5”, 7.2k), d) DS4246, IOM12, containing 24 SAS disks 4TB (3.5”, 7.2k). The array has two controllers and uses CIFS and NFS protocols. Installed software version ONTAP 9.18.1P6. Location: Municipal Guard, ul. Władysława Stanisława Reymonta 54. Warranty and support: until 31 December 2026. The buyer is withdrawing this disk array. Implementation details: The buyer expects a comprehensive delivery and implementation – The contractor will supply all necessary components, cables, software etc. taking into account the requirements of the order, the infrastructure owned by the buyer and the technical possibilities of implementation. The buyer cannot incur any additional costs related to using the full functionality at the unchanged level for the entire period of use. All supplied licenses will be perpetual. All supplied items will be factory new. If a service break is required during service work, these activities must be carried out outside the working hours of the UM in a period agreed with the buyer. Deadline for defect removal – within a period not longer than 7 working days from the report – if longer, a replacement device with comparable parameters will be supplied. Predicted scope of work: 1. Delivery and installation of the offered hardware in the server room of the building Rybnik City Office, ul. Bolesława Chrobrego 2 in the RACK 19” cabinet. 2. Configuration of devices. 3. Data and configuration migration from the AFF-C250 array to the offered array. 4. After completion of data migration, the contractor will dismantle and transport the entire AFF-C250 array to the location of the FAS2750 array. 5. The contractor will install and adapt the current configuration of the AFF-C250 array in the new location. 6. Data migration from the FAS2750 array to the AFF-C250. 7. Shutdown of the FAS2750 array. 8. Delivery of post-implementation documentation containing at least a description of the configuration and physical connections. 9. Training of 2 administrators in managing the new array. The buyer requires that the offered service, including all ICT products, ICT services and ICT processes used to implement the order, both as main elements and components, environment elements of the service or accompanying solutions, does not include: - ICT products, ICT services or ICT processes indicated in the recommendation, referred to in Article 33(4) of the Act of 5 July 2018 on the national cybersecurity system, stating their negative impact on the fundamental interest of the security of the state; - an ICT product, the type of which has been determined in a decision on recognising the supplier as a high-risk supplier, referred to in Article 67b(15) of the Act of 5 July 2018 on the national cybersecurity system, or ICT services or ICT processes specified in that decision. Failure to meet the above requirement results in the rejection of the offer pursuant to Article 226(1)(17) or (19) of the Pzp Act. Detailed requirements regarding the subject of the order have been specified in the SWZ.
