Scope of the services entrusted to the delegatee: - Reception and registration of residents, information and mediation - Administrative, accounting and financial management of the site - Collection of parking fees and charges for fluid consumption - Cleaning, routine maintenance and equipment maintenance - Ensuring the continuity of the public service and equality of users - Liaison with social services, the police, associations and the National Education

Economic conditions of the contract: The delegatee remunerates itself primarily through the fees collected from users. A subsidised ALT, framed by the State services, may also be paid to the delegatee. It bears the risk related to fluctuations in the occupancy rate and non-payments. The CASAS may pay the delegatee an annual flat-rate contribution defined contractually based on the operating result. This contribution cannot guarantee the delegatee's operating balance. The infrastructure (buildings, fixed equipment and networks) remains the property of the CASAS, which ensures major repairs. The delegatee is responsible for routine maintenance. The details of the respective obligations of the parties are set out in the tender specifications.
