The municipality of Stiefenhofen intends, through a negotiated procedure with a call for competition, to award the structural design (LPH 1-6) in accordance with § 34 para. 3 HOAI 2021 for the new construction of the municipal depot with community centre at the sports ground in Stiefenhofen. The commissioning is to be carried out in stages. In the first stage, LPH 1-4 are to be commissioned. The contracting authority intends to call for further LPH (5-6) if the planning and implementation of the construction measure are continued. The contracting authority reserves the right to limit the commissioning to individual performance phases or partial services of individual performance stages or to individual sections of the construction measure.
