France – Earthmoving work – Accord-cadre pour la réalisation des opérations de raclage de finition du charbon superficiel présent sur le parc à charbon de Montoir de Bretagne et remblaiement pour les parcs 1 à 4

The services relate to the finishing scraping of the surface coal present in the Montoir-de-Bretagne coal yard and backfilling, parks 1 to 4. The services include, in particular, the following works: - scraping the sub-layer of coal present in the 4 parks (n°1, n°2, n°3, n°4), coal from OTCM. - transferring the scraped coal to a part of the park, in order to be taken up by a bucket wheel for export, - backfilling the excavated parts of the park, up to the elevation of the natural terrain. The thicknesses of coal measured by soundings in the storage area vary between 0 and 2.5 m depending on the parks. The main objective of the scraping operation is to scrape as much recoverable coal as possible and to limit as much as possible the volume of coal mixed with the natural terrain. EDF SA issues this notice on behalf of its subsidiary OTCM.
