France – Architectural services for buildings – Maitrise d'oeuvre relative à la création d’une médiathèque

This consultation concerns the organisation of a restricted design contest for the construction of a media library in the commune of Saint Pierre de Chandieu, in the town centre, in the immediate vicinity of the schools, the leisure centre and the seniors' club. The project will include: - Reading, animation and multimedia consultation spaces, - Spaces dedicated to public reception, internal services and logistics, - Particular attention to ergonomics, acoustic quality, and environmental performance, - Landscaping of the immediate surroundings (access, forecourt, car parks, possible landscaping) up to the APS phase. This contest will take place in two phases: - Phase 1 – Candidature: selection of a maximum of 3 teams admitted to compete; - Phase 2 – Esquisse: submission of anonymous services, evaluated by a jury. Estimated cost of works: 2 716 800 € HT June 2024 value. Estimated floor area: 1 200 m². The design mission covers the following category of work: New building design. The parties to this contract are as follows: - the contracting authority is the public body designated in the engagement act. - the design team is the contractor designated in the engagement act.
