France – Road construction works – Marché de travaux pour la rénovation des accès et création des réseaux en amont des travaux des opérateurs immobiliers au Fort des Trois Têtes à Briançon

This operation constitutes the first phase of the viability of the Fort des Têtes site, located in Briançon (Hautes-Alpes), with a view to accommodating the Olympic Village for the Winter Olympic and Paralympic Games Alpes 2030. It involves the implementation of access infrastructure and networks necessary for future developments, integrating the needs related to both the Olympic phase and the legacy of the operation. The services include, in particular, road and various networks (VRD) improvements, earthworks, the creation, renewal and adaptation of wet and dry networks, the construction of civil engineering structures, landscaping improvements, as well as the associated execution studies. The operation is carried out on a heritage site inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List and presents important technical constraints related to the mountainous context, the preservation of heritage, environmental issues, as well as coordination with several operations conducted simultaneously. The contract is awarded in the form of a standard contract with mixed prices, comprising a lump sum and a unit price applied to the quantities actually executed. The estimated amount mentioned in this notice includes the lump sum, the estimate of the unit price and the amount of the option envisaged under European law (possible similar contract likely to be concluded with the contract holder).
