France – Solar panel roof-covering work – Travaux de réalisation d’installations photovoltaïques

This framework agreement concerns the construction of photovoltaic power plants on the territory of the Sipperec. More specifically, the construction works will be carried out on properties belonging to the local authorities that have delegated their "renewable energies" competence to the Sipperec. The photovoltaic power plants can be installed, among other places, on all types of roofs, in carports, or on the ground. The technical specifications (CCTP) specify the expected services and the conditions for the execution of these services, already known at the stage of the framework agreement. The specific clauses (CCS) which will be provided at the award of each subsequent contract will specify the execution modalities and will supplement the technical specifications of the CCTP and the administrative specifications of the framework agreement.
