Germany – Public road transport services – Vergabe der Linienverkehrsleistungen „ALFA“ im Kreis Plön als Nachunternehmer der Verkehrsbetriebe Kreis Plön GmbH

Within the framework of the present procurement procedure, the VKP is seeking subcontractors to provide the ALFA services - scheduled transport services in accordance with § 42 of the German Passenger Transport Act (PBefG) - in the district of Plön with their own vehicles. The ALFA scheduled transport services comprise a total of approximately 4,777,325 scheduled kilometres per year (655,460 actual scheduled kilometres per year) and will be divided into four lots. The contract period for each lot begins on 11.12.2026 and ends on 10.12.2031 (plus extension option). The included lines can be found in the details per lot and the tender conditions. Minimum requirement: By the timetable change in December 2027, at least 38.5% of the vehicles used to provide the contractual services per lot must be emission-free vehicles within the meaning of the SaubFahrzeugBeschG. The minimum requirement must be complied with. The bidder must guarantee the fulfilment of the requirements of the SaubFahrzeugBeschG in the (Annex B.13 - Form Template 13) and state how many of the vehicles they will use in total per lot to provide the transport services are emission-free vehicles (0 g CO₂/km).
