Germany – Business and management consultancy services – Management- und Unternehmensberatungsleistungen zur Sanierung der UKMD

The subject of the contract is management and consultancy services for the consolidation and restructuring of UKMD for the contracting authority. The contracting authority initially wishes to have key business areas and processes in the primary, secondary and tertiary areas of service checked for restructuring and consolidation potential, as well as the derivation of measures and strategy and implementation planning within the framework of an overall concept on the basis of a lump-sum offer. Based on the results, individual projects are to be agreed with the contracting authority and implemented jointly with the contractor on the basis of a framework agreement. The contracting authority is entitled to call off services up to a value of a maximum of EUR 1,500,000.00 net (one million five hundred thousand euros) from the framework agreement (maximum call-off quantity). The contracting authority is under no obligation to call off the maximum call-off quantity. For the specific content of the service, reference is made to the service description.
