1. Type of contract: services. 2. The subject of the contract is the provision of comprehensive cleaning, maintenance and hygiene services for the sports facilities of the University of Wrocław along with adjacent areas, divided into two objects: 1) Object No. 1 - UPWr Multifunctional Hall at Chełmońskiego 43, Wrocław: • internal area to be cleaned: 2 980 m², • external area to be cleaned: 340 m². 2) Object No. 2 - UPWr Indoor Swimming Pool at Chełmońskiego 43a, Wrocław: • internal area to be cleaned: 910 m², • external area to be cleaned: 50 m². 1) The detailed scope of activities, their frequency, requirements regarding the organisation of service delivery, cleanliness standards, means and equipment used, as well as the manner of performing individual works are specified in the subject of the contract (hereinafter: OPZ) constituting Annex No. 1.1 to the SWZ. 3. The detailed scope of obligations to perform the subject of the contract is set out in the document entitled “Draft Contract Clauses” hereinafter: PPU, constituting Annex No. 9 to the SWZ. 4. Place of service delivery: • Object No. 1 - UPWr Multifunctional Hall at Chełmońskiego 43, Wrocław • UPWr Indoor Swimming Pool at Chełmońskiego 43a, Wrocław 5. The offer must be clear and comprehensive, i.e. cover the entire subject of the contract (which consists of Object No. 1 and Object No. 2 together). 6. The contractor is obliged to submit an offer, the content of which will allow the Buyer to verify the offer in terms of its compliance with the content of the SWZ. 7. The content of the contractor's offer must correspond to the content of the Specification of Contract Terms. 8. The contract is to be performed with due care and in accordance with all the requirements set out in the SWZ with annexes and any information for contractors. 9. The contract is concluded for a period of 36 months, from the date of commencement of the service, with the reservation of provisions regarding the renewal of the contract. 10. The Buyer envisages the possibility of renewing the contract on the terms specified in the SWZ and the Draft Contract Clauses. 11. The maximum renewal period is 12 months. 12. The total contract period, including the basic contract and the contract performed under the right of renewal, must not exceed 48 months. The detailed rules on the contract period and the conditions of renewal are set out in the Draft Contract Clauses constituting an annex to the SWZ. 13. The total estimated value of the contract is: 1 708 014,52 zł net (including 1 258 098,40 zł net for the basic contract, 449 916,12 zł net for renewals).
