Germany – Cleaning and sanitation services – Reinigungsdienstleistungen Friedrich-Ludwig-Jahn-Sportpark

The subject of the tender is maintenance and deep cleaning services for the properties located on the site of the Friedrich-Ludwig-Jahn-Sportpark Berlin. The contract includes the regular, process-oriented cleaning of various room types and areas (including office, traffic, sanitary, social, sports and technical areas) according to defined cleaning standards and cleaning cycles, including waste disposal and compliance with defined environmental standards to ensure a hygienically flawless condition and the preservation of the value of the properties. The award is made as a framework agreement with a term of three years with the option of a one-time extension for a further year.
