Romania – Cogeneration plant construction work – Încheiere contract la cheie pentru „Implementarea unor capacitati de cogenerare de înaltă eficiență, utilizand motoarele termice, în CTE Progresu”

The turnkey contract will include the activities that need to be carried out for the design and execution of the works related to the investment objective “Implementation of high-efficiency cogeneration capacities, using thermal engines, at CTE Progresu”, as well as for testing, supply, installation, commissioning, trial operation, tests for the acceptance and reception of the plant and any other tests, training etc. according to the requirements of the descriptive document. The number of days within which interested economic operators can request clarifications before the deadline for submission of tenders / applications is 15 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. The contracting entity will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification / additional information as follows: - on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders for clarification requests submitted 15 days before the deadline for submission of tenders / applications. Technical requirements defined at the level of the participation notice, descriptive document or other complementary documents, by the transmission of standards, to a particular manufacturer, to brands, patents, types, to an origin or to a specific production/method of manufacture/performance/execution, will be understood as being accompanied by the mention "or equivalent".
