Sweden – Building construction work – Inhyrning av Riksgymnasium för rörelsehindrade

The Property Management Department, in cooperation with the Education Department, invites property owners to express their interest in the procurement of a lease agreement for suitable premises for the National Gymnasium for the Disabled. The premises can be provided in both existing buildings and new constructions. An important prerequisite is that the premises are located in the northern centre, see annex 3.3. The premises should have an approximate size of 1800 m2 and preferably be on the ground floor. More information about the premises' design is given under section 1.5 Premises Requirements and the attached Specification of Requirements.
