The procedure designation "Open Procedure" (Section IV.1.1) used in the present notice text is due to the requirements of the notice form. Neither the use of this designation nor the use of the medium "TED" implies any submission to procurement regulations whose application is not mandatory by law or procurement regulations. This is a framework agreement with an accession option, which relates to various active substances.
