We invite tenders for the demolition contract for the cultural centre owned by the Municipality of Ruovesi, in accordance with the tender documents. The site is located at Ruovedentie 32, 34600 Ruovesi. The contract includes the demolition of the building in its entirety, the proper sorting, treatment, and removal of demolition waste, as well as post-demolition earthworks, backfilling, and landscaping. The client simultaneously has a tender for a demolition contract with almost identical content. This site is approximately 50 meters away from this demolition site, with one property between the sites. The demolition work can be carried out either simultaneously or consecutively, according to the contractor's production plan. The tenderer is requested to consider this potential synergy advantage in their tender. The sites are, however, tendered and ordered as separate, independent contracts. A separate contractor is chosen for each site in accordance with the tender documents. The selection criterion is the lowest acceptable tender.
