Supply of foodstuffs, beverages and non-food products via a centralised purchasing platform (provided by the contractor). The subject of the present contract is the supply of foodstuffs, beverages and non-food products intended for the operation of the CPAS d'Ath kitchens. More specifically, the product families covered by the present contract are, among others, the following: • Meats, poultry, charcuterie and derived products • Beverages • Frozen foods and ice cream • Bakery, fresh pastries and fresh pastries • Potatoes • Disposable tableware and catering consumables • Fresh fruits and vegetables • Dietetic products or intended for special diets • Fish and similar and derived products • Dairy products - Cheeses - Dairy desserts - Butter and margarine - Egg products • Dehydrated products and grocery • The contractor provides the contracting authority with an electronic ordering platform allowing access to its catalogue, the introduction of orders, the tracking of deliveries and the consultation of the purchase history. The proposed solution must therefore make it possible to outsource all the administrative and logistical tasks related to the purchase of products. The contractor acts as a "one-stop shop" for order management and supply tracking, while deliveries are made directly by the various suppliers with whom the contractor works. This organisation allows the staff of the contracting authority to significantly reduce the workload related to purchases and to refocus its resources on its main activities. The contracting authority retains full control over the preparation of menus, the management of meal production, the management of stocks and the organisation of kitchens. The present contract is therefore exclusively a supply contract. No kitchen management assistance service or meal production software is requested. By the sole fact of submitting a price in accordance with the present conditions, any tenderer acknowledges having inquired about all the charges that may be incurred in order to meet the requirements of the present contract.
