The contracting authority has existing XDR and SIEM systems, which are to be monitored, operated and further developed in collaboration with the contracting authority by a Managed SOC in the future. The aim is to further develop the existing security monitoring and the handling of security-relevant events through a continuous, traceable and professionally qualified SOC service. The subject of the tender is the provision of a Managed SOC on the basis of the described technical and organisational framework conditions. The service includes, in particular, security monitoring, analysis, triage, escalation, investigation and handling of security-relevant incidents, threat hunting and detection engineering. In addition to the Managed SOC, a call-off contract for consulting and engineering services will be agreed. This is used to cover services that go beyond the regular Managed SOC, the agreed engineering contingent and usual standard connections.
