Vivantes - Netzwerk für Gesundheit GmbH (hereinafter: "Vivantes") operates hospitals at 9 locations (non-independent business units) with 20,809 employees, as well as other health and social facilities in Berlin (as of 23.05.2026). An employee-financed occupational pension scheme in the form of salary conversion has been in place since the end of 2005 for employees in the TVöD sector and for employees of Vivantes who are not subject to VBL. The current number of "unfunded" employees is 19,071 out of a total of 20,809 employees. Since 01.07.2016, the occupational pension scheme has been offered in two implementation paths for salary conversion. The aim of this tender is to conclude a service contract for the consultation of the employees of the contracting authority within the framework of the occupational pension scheme (bAV). This includes, in particular, informing the staff about the possibilities of salary conversion, informing them about the implementation paths and products offered, and consulting the staff.
