Poland – Medical waste services – WYKONANIE USŁUGI ODBIORU, TRANSPORTU I UNIESZKODLIWIANIA ODPADÓW MEDYCZNYCH Z „CENTRUM MEDYCZNEGO W ŁAŃCUCIE” SP. Z O. O.”

The subject of the contract is the "PROVISION OF SERVICES FOR COLLECTION, TRANSPORT AND DISPOSAL OF MEDICAL WASTE FROM „CENTRUM MEDYCZNE W ŁAŃCUCIE” SP. Z O. O.” in accordance with the description and requirements set out in Annexes No. 2÷2.2 (Excel sheet) to the Specification (in assortment-price forms). The contractor will ensure the proper storage conditions for medical waste until their transport to the medical waste incinerator, i.e. the free supply of a refrigerated container type BDF or an equivalent system with a capacity of at least 42 m3 for the duration of the contract. THE CONTRACTOR undertakes to: - collect waste from the storage location at „Centrum Medyczne w Łańcucie” Sp. z o. o. – „Collection Point”, store it after prior weighing in the presence of a representative of the CONTRACTING AUTHORITY and confirm it in the „waste transfer card” issued by the CONTRACTING AUTHORITY in the BDO electronic system.
