At present, the PF data transport system has been partially modernized on certain segments to 500 Mb/s, however, the main backbone continues to operate at only 150 Mb/s, which generates a major bottleneck in the network and affects the quality of services. This limitation directly influences the transmission of essential data, including video streams and crossing records, which require a large bandwidth to be transmitted in real-time without interruptions or degradation in quality. A congested network can lead to delays and packet loss, affecting the accuracy and reliability of the collected information. Furthermore, IP telephony depends on a stable and fast connection to ensure clear and uninterrupted communication, and an overloaded data traffic can cause high latency, distortions, and dropped calls. Under these conditions, to eliminate bottlenecks and ensure an efficient data flow, it is necessary to replace the Mini Link systems with equipment capable of supporting speeds of at least 1000 Mb/s, which will allow the network to operate at optimal parameters and support the ever-increasing volume of information that needs to be managed in real-time.
