The subject of the procedure is the Purchase of a measuring vessel equipped with a measuring system, in accordance with the requirements set out in the terms of reference – Section II of the award documentation. The deadline by which requests for clarification from potential tenderers are received is 20 days before the deadline set for the submission of tenders. The contracting entity will respond clearly and fully to all requests for clarification/additional information by the 12th day before the deadline for the submission of tenders. In accordance with Article 29, paragraph 3 of the Annex to HG No. 394/2016, the contracting entity will respond only to requests for clarification submitted by economic operators by the aforementioned deadline.
