Romania – Trailers, semi-trailers and mobile containers – CONTRACT DE FURNIZARE PLATFORME MOBILE DE COMUNICATII

The subject of the procurement is the supply of MOBILE COMMUNICATION PLATFORMS. The technical details are presented in the descriptive documentation, and the complete technical specifications are detailed in the SOC Table of the descriptive documentation. The contracting authority will respond clearly and fully to all requests for clarification by the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders, for clarifications received at least 18 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. Regarding requests for clarification concerning the descriptive documentation, these may be submitted from the date of publication of the award notice and no later than 6 days before the date set for the submission of tenders, the date set in the invitation to participate transmitted for the second stage of the procurement procedure - Submission of tenders. In this stage, the contracting authority will respond clearly and fully within a period that will not normally exceed 3 working days from receipt of these, but no later than 4 days before the deadline for submission of tenders, in accordance with the provisions of Article 82, paragraph 1 of OUG 114/2011.
