In the context of the implementation of a central energy heating plant consisting of 2 heat pumps drawing energy from a geothermal aquifer and 2 backup/auxiliary gas boilers, Dalkia is launching a consultation to design and implement the Works. It will be broken down into several technical lots. Given the above, the contracting authority, DALKIA, wishes to entrust the successful tenderer with a topographical surveyor and detection mission. The heat network will be approximately 5 km (33 substations) and the geothermal network approximately 2 km (6 drillings). The service will consist of producing topographical and detection plans on which the existing networks are shown, in the foreseeable area of the heat network. These plans will be used to draw up the DCE VRD guide plans and to consult the company that will carry out the laying of the pre-insulated pipes of the future heat network. This phase will also include the marking-out operations in the presence of at least the project manager or any other person appointed by the contracting authority.
