France – Waste and rubbish containers and bins – FOURNITURE ET POSE DE COLONNES ENTERREES ET AERIENNES A DECHETS MENAGERS (2027-2030)

This framework agreement concerns the collection of residual household waste (OMR) in the territory of Cholet Agglomération, i.e. for 26 communes, for the years 2027 to 2030: - the supply and installation of buried bins for household waste, - the refurbishment (retrofit) of obsolete buried bins for household waste, - the supply of spare parts for buried bins via catalogue, - the supply of above-ground bins, for household packaging (EM) and glass. Provisionally, the framework agreement provides for: - The installation of approximately 59 new buried bins - The replacement of approximately 74 semi-buried bins with buried bins - The refurbishment "retrofit" of approximately 38 buried bins - The installation of approximately 60 new above-ground bins. The excavation, clearance, base slab installation, backfilling and finishing works are the subject of another contract. The services are broken down into two lots, as follows: - Lot no. 1 - supply and installation of buried bins for household waste - Lot no. 2 - supply of above-ground bins for household waste. The framework agreement with purchase orders is awarded for an initial period of 24 months from the date of notification, renewable twice by express renewal, on each anniversary date for a period of 12 months. In accordance with Article R.2162-4 of the Public Procurement Code, the framework agreement with purchase orders is awarded with a maximum amount, per period (defined in Article E of the present engagement act), as follows: For Lot no. 1: First period: 1,400,000.00 € excl. VAT, i.e. 1,680,000.00 € incl. VAT Second period: 700,000.00 € excl. VAT, i.e. 840,000.00 € incl. VAT Third period: 700,000.00 € excl. VAT, i.e. 840,000.00 € incl. VAT. For Lot no. 2: First period: 200,000.00 € excl. VAT, i.e. 240,000.00 € incl. VAT Second period: 100,000.00 € excl. VAT, i.e. 120,000.00 € incl. VAT Third period: 100,000.00 € excl. VAT, i.e. 120,000.00 € incl. VAT.
