Contract/Contracts for a guarantee line for the purposes of securities submitted to IRGiT or other beneficiaries

The subject of the contract is the conclusion by TAURON Polska Energia S.A. (TAURON) of a maximum of four bilateral framework agreements with contractors for the provision of a guarantee line enabling the issuance of bank guarantees for TAURON's and TAURON Group companies' obligations towards:

a) Scope 1: Izby Rozliczeniowej Giełd Towarowych S.A. ("IRGiT") as a security for transactions carried out on Towarowej Giełdzie Energii S.A. ("Scope 1");

b) Scope 2: other beneficiaries ("Scope 2"), based on orders placed by TAURON (based on an agreement concluded by the Contractor exclusively with TAURON).
